One of the most epic moments of the night came when Maki took the stage, his voice soaring as he performed his hit singles. Maki has been making waves with his upcoming album “KOLORCOASTER”, which promises to be a game-changer in the OPM scene. But it was his collaboration with Paolo and Miguel on the song “Bughaw” that truly stole the show. The crowd erupted into cheers as the three artists came together, their voices blending in perfect harmony. It was a moment of pure magic, a testament to the power of music to bring people together. “Bughaw” has also been making waves as the official soundtrack for the highly anticipated movie “My Love Will Make You Disappear”, starring Kim Chiu and Paolo Avelino, further cementing Maki’s influence in the music scene.

Kaia, the stunning girl band, was another standout performer, bringing a burst of energy and charm to the stage. Their performance featured the song “Tanga”, produced by the talented Zack Tabudlo. Zack, who recently made history as the first Pinoy to sign with an international record label under Mercury Records, has been making waves globally with his music. His collaboration with Kaia was a highlight of the evening, showcasing the depth and creativity of OPM. Kaia’s performance was a testament to their growing influence in the music scene, their voices captivating the audience with every note.

Alamat, known for their electrifying performances, did not disappoint. Their hits “Maharani” and “Noli” were crowd favorites, with the audience singing along to every word. The group’s energy was infectious, their choreographed moves and powerful vocals leaving the crowd in awe.

But it was Barbie Almalbis who brought a touch of nostalgia to the evening. Celebrating her silver anniversary in the music industry, Barbie proved that she still has it all—talent, style, and a voice that can rock any stage. Her performance of “Overdrive” was a throwback to the early days of OPM, reminding everyone why she remains an icon in the industry. With her full energy and stunning presence, Barbie embodied girl power, inspiring a new generation of musicians and fans alike. And for fans in Japan, there’s more to look forward to; Barbie is set to perform a series of gigs in Tokyo this May and June, marking another milestone in her illustrious career.

December Avenue and Itchyworms, veterans of the OPM scene, showed that they still have what it takes to captivate an audience. Their performances were a masterclass in musicianship, their songs weaving a spell that kept the crowd entranced throughout their sets.

Among the newer artists, 1stOne made a significant impact with his song “Wala Ng Iba”, while GAT brought the house down with “Huwag Ka Nang Humirit” and “Daleng Dale”. These emerging talents are the future of OPM, and their performances at Fusion Manila 10 were a testament to the vibrant diversity of Filipino music.

Adding to the excitement were the champion singers from the Karaoke World Championship (KWC), led by Jan Francis. Jan, known for his powerful voice, performed his latest hit single “Come Back to Me”, which resonated deeply with the audience. But it was his duet with international Thai singer Yayee on “You Are the One” that received the most cheer since it shows how KWC is gearing up for their international musical projects. The chemistry between them was undeniable, their voices blending in a beautiful harmony that left the crowd mesmerized.
