The name Elle Quan may not be as renowned in her native Philippines, but that is soon going to change. Already a tour de force in Singapore which Elle calls home for more than two decades now, this dynamic personality in the realms of technology, innovation, and global collaboration sets her eyes on expanding her alliances back home.
It’s refreshing to encounter Elle for the first time. When one of the Filipino delegates to AsiaTech Singapore was suffering from a severe migraine, one text and she took a few minutes’ leave from overseeing the massive event and was on hand to share what she called her steady supply of arcoxia. Apparently, she also had those frequent migraines. It may be going beyond the call of duty, or simply being human, Elle takes the time to help.
This recalls what perhaps most young leaders need to relearn. The age-old adage: To lead, one must first serve. It’s quite refreshing to encounter such reflective and purposeful leadership.

Though she may be starting her brand impact in the Philippines with the recent launch of the Asia AI Association in partnership with Cebu Technological University, this Filipino is a founding member of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Standing out as a woman visionary leader raising the bar on how global conferences and community work starts with the ability to relate and harness its transformative power.
From championing academic partnerships to driving tech-forward solutions that address societal needs, her journey is that of tireless devotion to her purpose. There’s more to Elle’s narrative, and to her scope of achievement that goes beyond event management and community building.
“Leadership rooted in empathy and wisdom uplifts others; honest communication and listening empower them to become future leaders guided by hope and purpose.”
Championing Technology and Innovation for Social Good
As the Head of Conferences at the region’s premier tech event AsiaTechxSingapore (ATxSG), Elle has spent over 10 years bringing together Asia’s most talented people, leaders, and innovators, as well as their counterparts around the world. She also wears other techs hat through her role as VP at the Asia Pacific Assistive Robotics Association and recently appointed President of the Philippine Chapter of Asia AI Association.
Oh, and lest it be forgotten, Elle is the Director of APAC Operations of the Karaoke World Championships. Karaoke, what could be more Pinoy? Diverse, she is.

Celebrating Diversity and Mentoring Communities
Elle’s impact extends far beyond the realm of business, sparking transformative change through her passionate dedication to education and mentorship. As a key figure in initiatives such as Arts & Media for Good (which she also recently launched in Cagayan de Oro) and member of Gatekeepers Singapore, she showcases the power of collaboration and unity within diverse communities. Her deep ties to both Filipino and Singaporean cultures allow her to bridge gaps and inspire individuals from various backgrounds to unlock their true potential.
“With the resilience, collaborative spirit and relentless hope, it’s a great time for more Filipino leaders to rise up in this era of uncertainty and seismic shifts in tech, economics and geopolitics.”

It’s a sunny morning in Singapore, and Elle has just invited a group of Filipino women business leaders to brunch. The sunny day turns into a downpour, but around mid-morning the rains stop leaving a dark cloud. Elle arrives at the boutique hotel in Joo Chiat in a chic light summer dress driving a fiery red Mercedes sports convertible. She would later claim, in all humility, that she merely borrowed the car. To her surprise, her guests opt for a quick meal at McDonald’s on the way to Changi Airport. No worries, says the host obviously dressed for a breezy meal atop the scenic and upscale Marina Bay Sands. This lady is primed—and dressed—for the big time.
An Inspiration and Role Model to Young Women
“I know how it is to be in lack and in plenty, but the most important thing to remember to is to be anchored to a purpose bigger than oneself. I’ve learned that truly I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Elle Quan’s journey is a powerful source of inspiration for young women aiming to break barriers across industries. Her ability to lead across arts, media, technology, and education marks her as a true trailblazer—redefining success with innovation, collaboration, and resilience. Elle’s story exemplifies what it means to lead with impact, reminding the next generation that greatness knows no boundaries.
