The Youth Entrepreneurs Society (YES) of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Quezon City Campus (PUPQC) successfully hosted its Grand Entrepreneurship Week 2025, themed “Innovate, Connect, Empower: Shaping the Future Together.” The week-long celebration brought together aspiring entrepreneurs to foster collaboration and growth.

On May 8, the “CONNECT” segment took place at the PUPQC Interfaith Chapel, featuring participants from the Entrepreneurial Students Society of PUP Sta. Mesa, the Young Entrepreneurs Society of the University of Caloocan City North Campus, and all entrepreneurship students from PUPQC. The event commenced with musical performances by Raina Andres that set an engaging tone for the day.

The highlight of the event was the insightful talks by guest speakers. Ms. Jody Solis, a life coach and founder of a high-ticket sales agency, shared her expertise on “Networking Fundamentals: Establishing Genuine Connections at Events,” emphasizing the importance of authentic relationships in business. Mr. Rico Roño, a business coach and owner of WMES Protector, discussed “The Power of Network: Leveraging Connections for Collective Impact,” drawing from his personal experiences to illustrate the value of strategic networking. Both speakers engaged the audience with interactive activities that reinforced their talks.

The event concluded with a dynamic performance by the band Instroel from ENT 1-1, leaving attendees energized. The combination of educational talks, interactive sessions, and entertainment made the CONNECT segment a memorable part of the Grand Entrepreneurship Week 2025.
