Apple Esplana-Manansala on the Global Stage

A key highlight of the event was the session titled “Intelligent Outsourcing: Why the Philippines is Your Smartest Move”, delivered by Apple Esplana-Manansala, Co-Owner and Vice President of PuzzleBox BPO.
An advertising major with more than two decades of experience and expert-competence in marketing and business development, Esplana-Manansala built her career with several top retail brands, malls, and startups before co-creating PuzzleBox BPO. Her leadership journey includes management positions at SM Supermalls and Adobo Magazine, which equipped her with cross-industry knowledge and sharpened her ability to understand both client goals and PuzzleBox’s operational KPIs. Today, her mission is to ensure PuzzleBox BPO delivers the most satisfying customer service experience, while fostering continuous growth for the company, its team members, and its clientele.


In her talk, she shed light on the evolving landscape of Intelligent Outsourcing, with a special focus on how the Philippines has become a global leader in customer service and digital marketing solutions. She emphasized that as businesses worldwide aim to hit ambitious sales targets and elevate customer satisfaction, outsourcing must move beyond a cost-saving strategy into a strategic edge—one that blends advanced technology with human expertise.
She also highlighted that Filipino professionals contribute more than technical skills: they bring cultural empathy, adaptability, and strong communication abilities that are critical for customer-facing roles and brand building. With a highly educated, English-proficient workforce and a deeply service-oriented culture, the Philippines offers businesses a unique blend of cost efficiency and high-quality performance.
Launching Two Strategic Partnerships
Beyond her talk, PuzzleBox BPO also used the event as a platform to announce two new global partnerships:
- Ronin Collective – A data science and creative intelligence company that helps brands harness online data to design dynamic, data-driven campaigns.
- CanTicket – An Australian-based tech company operating across Asia-Pacific, offering backend platforms to streamline business operations. PuzzleBox integrates CanTicket into its own outsourcing ecosystem while also recommending it to clients for efficiency and scale.
