
Baguio City celebrates its annual flower festival, the grand 30th Panagbenga Festival. The streets of their city were flooded with lively music, colorful flowers, and eye-catching performances. Under the theme “Blooming Without End,” the city celebrated its Pearl Anniversary with a breathtaking display of Cordilleran culture, creativity, and community spirit.
A diverse crowd of visitors from around the globe came together to experience the “Season of Blooming” up close. Session Road in Bloom 2026 Kicks Off
“Session Road in Bloom 2026” officially began on March 2 along Session Road, marking another exciting highlight of the Panagbenga Festival 2026. The weeklong celebration runs until March 8, transforming the city’s main thoroughfare into a lively hub of culture and commerce.
This year features over 400 participating stalls, offering a diverse selection of food, drinks, accessories, and a mix of local and international products—creating a vibrant marketplace for both residents and visitors.
To accommodate the event, Session Road has been temporarily closed to vehicles, giving pedestrians full access to explore, shop, and enjoy the festive atmosphere while supporting local businesses. Everyone is invited to take part and experience this colorful celebration in the heart of Baguio.

The Grand Float Parade: A Floral Masterpiece
The highlight of the festival, the Grand Float Parade, transformed the city streets into a moving garden of breathtaking floral creations. Each float, carefully designed with thousands of fresh highland blooms, stood as a testament to craftsmanship and imagination.
Towering floral installations shaped into birds, cultural icons, and colorful patterns rolled through the crowd, while fan-favorite celebrities delighted spectators from atop these blooming masterpieces.
