KWC Philippines continues to raise the bar in celebrating Filipino talent—not only in vocal performance but also in the art of songwriting. For the first time in its history, the Karaoke World Championships Philippines has introduced the Original Song Composition Category, providing a platform for local artists to share their own music and stories on a national stage.
After receiving online entries, we are proud to announce the Top 2 finalists in this exciting new category:
- Rainheart Jireh Te – “Anything”
- Jerico Jamisola – “Seasons”
Both finalists captivated the online judges with their compelling compositions, not only for their musical quality but also for the heartfelt stories behind them.
Rainheart’s “Anything” is a touching tribute to a dear friend who stood by her during one of the most difficult seasons of her life. Through her lyrics and melody, Rainheart captures the selflessness and unwavering support of true friendship—offering a song that many can relate to in their own journeys.
