In celebration of Women’s Month 2026, professionals, leaders, and aspiring changemakers are invited to take part in the Empowered Presence Summit, a transformational learning experience designed to go beyond inspiration and into meaningful personal and professional growth.

Meanwhile, international communications trainer Doreen Cooper-Medina will empower attendees with “The Confidence Code: Unlock Your Speaking Superpower,” offering valuable techniques to help individuals communicate with clarity, authority, and confidence.
Women Leaders Taking the Stage
One of the summit’s most anticipated segments is the panel discussion titled “Rising to Lead — Women Who Inspire and Transform.” Hosted by Gretchen Gatan Fragada, Editor-in-Chief of The Metro Edit, the panel will feature accomplished women leaders who have made their mark in business and entrepreneurship.
Panelists include Nikki Tang, CEO of DMark Beauty and DermAsia; Mary Ann Pastrana, Chairperson of Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation; and Barbra Del Castillo Go, CEO of Casas + Architects. Together, they will share insights on navigating leadership, breaking barriers, and inspiring the next generation of women leaders.
